While the setting is online, the approach remains personal. Corrections, refinements, and individual attention are an integral part of the process. Ongoing guidance is also available outside of class hours for those who require support or clarity in their practice.

Ideal for individuals who wish to build a consistent and well-guided practice from the comfort of their home; without compromising on depth or quality.
