Meet Ankur Bhati

A Yoga teacher rooted in the tradition of Ashtanga, where practice is approached with steadiness, patience, and respect for one’s individual journey.

Alongside Asana, his work places a strong emphasis on Pranayama practiced with clarity and intention, and Yoga Nidra as a means to restore balance within the nervous system. His approach to Yoga therapy is quiet and attentive, addressing chronic pain, stiffness, and stress without force or excess.

With 9 years of experience in Human Resources, Ankur continues to work closely with people, now through Yoga and mindfulness bringing a practical understanding of stress, behavior, and sustainable wellbeing.

Ashtanga – Mysore Style
A self-paced, traditionally guided practice where each individual moves through the sequence according to their capacity. The method allows space for gradual learning, personal rhythm, and sustained progress, making it accessible to both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Pranayama
A guided exploration of breath, approached with clarity and intention. Over time, the practice is not just learned but embodied, supporting a deeper connection with oneself and a more refined awareness of internal states.

Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra
A quiet practice designed to down-regulate the nervous system. Through supported postures and guided rest, the body is allowed to release accumulated fatigue, while Yoga Nidra facilitates a state of conscious relaxation.
